AnyHouse S.R.L. ("AnyHouse", "we", "us") runs anyhouse.app, the AnyHouse app, the AnyBroker app, and related services for home seekers, brokers, and partners. This privacy policy describes the personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
We collect information you give us directly, such as when you create an account, submit a contact or lead form, subscribe to updates, or contact support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your messages.
We also collect technical data when you use our website or apps, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies as described below.
We use personal data to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, connect home seekers with brokers, process registrations, send service-related communications, and comply with legal obligations.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics to understand how our platform is used and to improve performance and security.
The AnyHouse and AnyBroker apps can optionally use biometric login so you can sign in again without typing your password. On iOS this may be Face ID or Touch ID. On Android this may be the device fingerprint or face unlock. If you allow it, the operating system compares your biometrics on the device. AnyHouse does not collect, receive, store, or have access to your face map, fingerprint, biometric template, or images of your face.
We only store a preference on your device that biometric login is turned on, together with your encrypted session credentials in the device secure storage, such as the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. We use this solely to unlock your existing AnyHouse or AnyBroker account on that device. We do not use biometric data for advertising, analytics, identifying other people, or any purpose other than optional app login.
We do not share biometric data with third parties because we never receive it. Hosting, analytics, and other service providers that help run AnyHouse do not receive Face ID or other biometric data. If we ever shared biometric data with a third party, that party would have to protect it at least as strongly as this policy.
You can refuse biometric login on the prompt, turn it off later in the app, or disable it for AnyHouse or AnyBroker in your device settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes our login preference on the device. Because biometric maps stay in the on-device system of Apple or Google, there is no biometric data on AnyHouse servers to delete.
When you connect a CRM, property feed, website, XML import, or other external source, we may import listing and business content such as descriptions, prices, locations, availability, contact details, images, videos, and source metadata. For website imports, this may include automated collection (scraping) from pages you authorize us to access.
The broker, agency, or third-party provider that supplies this content remains responsible for its accuracy, legality, permissions, and continued availability. AnyHouse does not independently verify all imported content and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for source errors, outdated information, or content supplied without the required rights.
We use imported listing content to operate and improve the platform. We may also use non-sensitive listing content and media to display and promote the listing and AnyHouse on our websites, apps, social channels, advertisements, and other marketing materials. We do not use imported private contact details for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.
You can opt out of future marketing use of imported listing media at any time by disconnecting the import, removing the content, or contacting us at info@anyhouse.app. Opting out does not affect materials already published or processing needed to provide the service.
We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for site security, session management, and basic functionality. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing), subject to appropriate safeguards.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
