Apartment Models (Layout):
- 1 Bedroom Apartment: Level 1, 60 M2 (Blocks B, C).
- 2 Bedroom Apartment (Type B):
- Level 1, 93.0 M2 (Blocks A, B, C).
- Level 5, 89.90 M2 (Blocks A, B, C). It can also include a 50 M2 Solarium.

Payment and Delivery Plan
- Reservation: US$ 1,000.
- Deposit: 15% (non-refundable).
- During Construction: 35%.
- Cash on Delivery: 50%.
- Scheduled Deliveries:
- Stage 4: September 2025.
- Stage 5: May 2026.
- Penalties apply. Transfer costs are the customer's responsibility.
