Entrepreneur by nature, Noelia Pérez was born and raised in Santo Domingo, D.N. She graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña with a degree in Hotel Management and later earned a Master’s in Marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). She has been residing in New Jersey, United States, for the past 15 years, where she is a registered notary for the state. In addition, she has obtained certifications and licenses in various business sectors. Among these, she holds a Mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University, is a Certified Notary Signing Agent (NSA), holds an active Health License, and possesses a Real Estate License in the state of New Jersey. Her passion for business and commercial relationships has led her to work for prestigious international companies in the Dominican Republic and the United States, including Iberia Airlines, United Airlines, Coca Cola Refreshments, Anthem, WellCare, Aetna, and she currently serves as a Sales Specialty Consultant for an Italian pharmaceutical company. As a Real Estate Agent, she is affiliated with Coldwell Banker in Fort Lee, NJ. Noelia entered the real estate market in the Dominican Republic three years ago, initially as an investor and later as a broker associated with a real estate company. After acquiring the necessary knowledge of real estate practices and laws in the Dominican Republic, she decided to establish her own real estate company, Sole Mare Investments Group Srl, and partner with Manuel Diaz, an experienced colleague with extensive expertise in the Dominican Republic real estate sector, who is now her equal partner and perfect complement.
