1 building for generators with soundproofing - 1 paved parking lot for 40 vehicles, and 2 additional parking lots for 6 and 5 vehicles respectively - The electrical system consists of a substation with 3 primary transformers of 100 kW each, 8 secondary transformers of 37.5 kW each, and 3 emergency generators of 145 kW, 120 kW, and 80 kW. - The water system consists of 2 cisterns of 15,000 gallons each, fed by the Los Cacaos aqueduct, and a well with a pump for emergency water storage. - The wastewater system consists of 4 septic tanks and 4 infiltration wells. - The entire project is practically fully equipped to operate a four-star resort.
