An ambitious project that seeks the coexistence of human beings with the environment in the one that is found, thus preserving the wild and natural character of the enclave in which it is located. The aim is for the buildings to blend into the surrounding nature; to achieve this, the following techniques are used: stone materials, biophilic and textured, where vegetation can thrive among its joints. Water is one of the main factors of project, being the main artery that connects the entire project. The Reef has a water area of 9,750 m2, divided into four large natural pools which join a water line that leads the project towards the sea. For this, we relied on the existing waterways on the plot, cleaning them up and making them accessible to the users of the complex. The complex consists of 19 blocks. The hotel, located on the beachfront, would house 81 rooms, an area of amenities which include game rooms, outdoor pool, a street-level restaurant and a beachfront rooftop with an infinity pool that visually connects with the ocean. Next to it are the blocks containing the 42 apartments with direct sea views. They also have a direct connection to the beach. The beach club and the villa complete the front line of the plot, leaving a large space open central area through which the rest of the complex can be seen. The remaining twelve residential buildings they settle on the plot in such a way that adapt to the existing vegetation, creating small indoor ecosystems creating four small neighborhoods.
