Palma Real Villas

Palma Real Villas, commonly known simply as Cocotal, is one of the best-known gated residential communities in Bávaro, Punta Cana. The residential community is officially called Palma Real Villas, while Cocotal Golf & Country Club is the golf course around which much of the community is built.

In everyday conversation, however, almost everyone refers to the entire residential community as Cocotal.

It is an established, green and highly managed residential area with apartments, townhouses and large private villas. Cocotal is particularly popular with families, professionals and people looking for a quiet and secure place to live while remaining close to the main areas of Bávaro and Punta Cana.

What is it like to live in Palma Real Villas?

One of Palma Real Villas biggest strengths is how organized and secure it feels. Access to the residential is controlled and security operates 24 hours a day, with security personnel highly visible throughout the community.

The residential is also noticeably green. Much of Palma Real Villas is built around the golf course, with mature tropical vegetation, lakes, gardens and properties overlooking the fairways.
